## Service suitability

Hark Tech serves customers in the United Kingdom who need:

- A one-off or small-batch 3D print from a file. Upload an STL, a **sliced 3MF** straight out of Bambu Studio or OrcaSlicer, or a **STEP file straight from CAD** (Fusion, SolidWorks, FreeCAD), and the firm price appears on screen in seconds. Multi-plate 3MFs are supported: the user ticks which plates to print.
- A **functional or replacement part**: brackets, enclosures, clips, guards, adapters, spares for things the manufacturer no longer sells. This is the bulk of what Hark Tech actually prints, not display models.

Hark Tech prints it to order from a licensed community design (or the user's own file), so a part otherwise only found from overseas sellers or online-marketplace makers can be bought here, made to order and posted tracked, usually from GBP 6.
- A print in a **specific engineering material**: PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, PC, nylon, PETG-CF and PA-CF carbon fibre, each priced instantly rather than quoted by email. Current stocked colours vary by material and appear in the estimator, with per-slot colour matching on multi-colour 3MFs.
- **Low-value one-off prints.** Draft PLA fit checks start at GBP 5.18. Standard pricing is GBP 0.04/g of material plus GBP 1.00/hour of machine time, with a GBP 4 minimum per print and GBP 6 minimum per order. Fine detail uses 0.16 mm layers and the same rates and price floors as Standard, with the additional estimated machine time from the real slice included automatically. There is no per-item handling fee. Identical-part quantity discounts are applied after the relevant price floor.

The [Trade Account landing page](https://harktech.co.uk/trade-accounts.html) is for UK businesses that need the same functional part again, want to keep an approved revision on file, or want a monthly batch without repeating the upload and setup process.

- The account is free. Customers upload STEP, STL or sliced 3MF files inside the account and see a real sliced price before checkout.
- After a paid single-file order, the exact revision is saved to a private digital parts shelf. It can be reordered as a one-off without uploading the file again.
- An eligible saved revision can be scheduled as a monthly repeat. Setting it up does not create a second charge on the setup day; the first repeat payment is due on the next monthly anniversary, and production begins only after successful payment.
- Paid-order PDF invoices can be generated and downloaded directly from the account. A customer's own purchase-order reference can be recorded with the job.
- Genuinely new accounts receive 10 percent off the first eligible print subtotal strictly over GBP 30. Delivery is excluded, the saving is capped at GBP 25, and the offer expires 30 days after sign-up.
