Good partner fit
This is not a mass influencer scheme. The pilot is for businesses that already encounter real parts, designs or repair problems and want a dependable route from a file to a delivered FDM print.
Your customer has an approved STEP, STL or 3MF and needs a physical prototype, enclosure or short run.
Your licensed design is ready, but some buyers want the finished object rather than another download.
You identify an obsolete clip, cover, adapter or fixture and need a UK workshop to produce it.
You need overflow capacity for fit checks, revisions and low-volume functional parts without a bureau minimum.
One accountable route
Each approved partner gets a unique Hark Tech link. It opens the live quote journey and carries the partner code into that order without setting a separate affiliate cookie.
01Place it beside the relevant design, repair advice or customer handover.
02STEP, STL and sliced 3MF receive a firm backend price from the actual file.
03We collect payment, print in Basingstoke, check the part and dispatch it.
04Commission becomes payable after 30 days if the order has not been refunded or charged back.
05We provide the attributable total. You invoice Hark Tech when the payable balance reaches the pilot threshold.
The commercial rule
Commission uses the amount actually paid for printed parts after any discount. Delivery is excluded because it is passed through to the carrier. Refunded, cancelled and charged-back orders earn nothing. The 10% rate is inclusive of any VAT the partner must account for.
The customer pays normal Hark Tech pricing. The partner reward is an acquisition cost paid by Hark Tech, not an extra charge added at checkout.
Delivery, design fees, refunds and chargebacks are outside the commission calculation.
Pilot rules
Five places, a 90-day initial term and one consistent rate. Hark Tech can learn which partner types produce useful paid work before either side commits to a larger scheme.
Applications open
We are selecting for relevance, not audience size. A small CAD or repair business with regular real parts is a stronger fit than a large general deals account.
Straight answers
The approved partner shares their unique Hark Tech link. The order must be created through that link. The pilot does not set a separate affiliate cookie, so an order created later from an unrelated visit is not automatically credited.
Eligible commission matures 30 days after the customer pays. Hark Tech issues quarterly statements once the matured unpaid balance reaches £25. Smaller balances carry forward, and any valid remaining balance is included when the pilot closes. The stated commission is inclusive of any VAT the partner must account for.
No. The Hark Tech estimator and checkout remain authoritative. A partner must not add unsupported delivery, tolerance, material or certification promises.
Yes. That is the main use case. The partner keeps their design relationship and intellectual property arrangement; Hark Tech receives the printable file and fulfils the physical order.
No. Hark Tech reviews each application manually. The 90-day pilot begins only after both sides accept the partner-specific link and written terms.
