Five-partner pilot

You design or diagnose it. We make the part.

A controlled UK print-fulfilment route for CAD designers, STL shops, repair specialists and small product studios. Send customers through one tracked link. Hark Tech prices, prints, checks and dispatches the job, and you earn 10% of the print-parts sale.

Good partner fit

Your work creates the need. Our workshop closes the loop.

This is not a mass influencer scheme. The pilot is for businesses that already encounter real parts, designs or repair problems and want a dependable route from a file to a delivered FDM print.

CAD

Design studios

Your customer has an approved STEP, STL or 3MF and needs a physical prototype, enclosure or short run.

FILES

STL shops

Your licensed design is ready, but some buyers want the finished object rather than another download.

REPAIR

Repair specialists

You identify an obsolete clip, cover, adapter or fixture and need a UK workshop to produce it.

PRODUCT

Small product teams

You need overflow capacity for fit checks, revisions and low-volume functional parts without a bureau minimum.

One accountable route

No quote forwarding. No spreadsheet attribution.

Each approved partner gets a unique Hark Tech link. It opens the live quote journey and carries the partner code into that order without setting a separate affiliate cookie.

01

Share the link

Place it beside the relevant design, repair advice or customer handover.

02

Customer uploads

STEP, STL and sliced 3MF receive a firm backend price from the actual file.

03

Hark Tech fulfils

We collect payment, print in Basingstoke, check the part and dispatch it.

04

Order matures

Commission becomes payable after 30 days if the order has not been refunded or charged back.

05

Statement and invoice

We provide the attributable total. You invoice Hark Tech when the payable balance reaches the pilot threshold.

The commercial rule

Ten percent of the print. Nothing vague.

Commission uses the amount actually paid for printed parts after any discount. Delivery is excluded because it is passed through to the carrier. Refunded, cancelled and charged-back orders earn nothing. The 10% rate is inclusive of any VAT the partner must account for.

The customer pays normal Hark Tech pricing. The partner reward is an acquisition cost paid by Hark Tech, not an extra charge added at checkout.

Pilot rules

Small enough to measure properly.

Five places, a 90-day initial term and one consistent rate. Hark Tech can learn which partner types produce useful paid work before either side commits to a larger scheme.

What Hark Tech provides

  • A unique tracked print link.
  • Instant quoting for supported files and manual review when needed.
  • Customer payment, workshop production, checking and UK dispatch.
  • Aggregate click, paid-order and commission records.
  • A quarterly statement when commission is payable.

What the partner agrees

  • Use the link only with relevant, accurate content.
  • Mark commission-linked content clearly as an advert, normally with #Ad upfront.
  • Do not promise tolerances, materials, deadlines or certifications Hark Tech has not confirmed.
  • No self-referrals, spam, cookie stuffing or paid search on the Hark Tech name.
  • Invoice Hark Tech for matured commission when requested.
Advertising disclosure matters. UK advertising guidance treats a commission-linked recommendation as advertising. Hark Tech and the partner can both be responsible for that content, so the commercial relationship must be obvious before someone engages with it.

Applications open

Tell us where the print demand comes from.

We are selecting for relevance, not audience size. A small CAD or repair business with regular real parts is a stronger fit than a large general deals account.

Straight answers

Before you apply.

How is an order attributed?

The approved partner shares their unique Hark Tech link. The order must be created through that link. The pilot does not set a separate affiliate cookie, so an order created later from an unrelated visit is not automatically credited.

When can commission be invoiced?

Eligible commission matures 30 days after the customer pays. Hark Tech issues quarterly statements once the matured unpaid balance reaches £25. Smaller balances carry forward, and any valid remaining balance is included when the pilot closes. The stated commission is inclusive of any VAT the partner must account for.

Can a partner set the customer price?

No. The Hark Tech estimator and checkout remain authoritative. A partner must not add unsupported delivery, tolerance, material or certification promises.

Can the partner handle the design and Hark Tech handle only printing?

Yes. That is the main use case. The partner keeps their design relationship and intellectual property arrangement; Hark Tech receives the printable file and fulfils the physical order.

Does applying create an agreement?

No. Hark Tech reviews each application manually. The 90-day pilot begins only after both sides accept the partner-specific link and written terms.
