Standard PLA is 4.6p per gram of material plus £1.15 per hour of machine time, with a £4.60 minimum per part and a £6.90 minimum per order. Draft PLA fit checks start at £5.18 and there is no per-item handling fee. Upload an STL, 3MF or STEP file and the estimator shows the firm price before you pay. Tracked UK delivery is from £2.95 and free over £40. Every rate is on the pricing page.

Most small parts come in at the £6.90 minimum. At current prices, printed in standard PLA or PETG: a small clip, bracket or tool holder up to about 7 cm is £6.90, or £11.55 delivered by Tracked 48. A flat part that fits a large-letter envelope is £6.90, or £9.85 delivered tracked (£8.85 by untracked 2nd Class post). A phone or screen stand about 12 cm long is £6.90. A 15 cm tall figure is about £21 in PLA, and a 15 cm portable air-conditioner hose adapter is about £30 in PLA or £34 in PETG. Bigger, taller and more solid parts cost more because they take longer to print. Upload your file for the exact price, shown before you pay.

On 27 September 2026 we put the same four simple PLA parts through our quote and through a UK print service that advertises free delivery. Ours was cheaper delivered on all four, for example £11.55 against £12.07 for a 60 mm bracket, and £12.13 against £24.46 for a 150 mm enclosure. Prices change, so treat it as a dated snapshot. Most Standard orders are dispatched within 2 working days, 4 at the latest. Express guarantees 2-day dispatch even when the workshop is busy, and small in-stock parts on the rapid-prototyping lane paid before 1pm go out the next working day. Bulk dispatches in 10 to 14 working days and saves 20%.

For a repair, yes. Send photos through the contact form or on WhatsApp and we will be honest about whether it is a job we can do. For a 3D print we need a 3D file. If you do not have one, it is worth searching the model catalogue first, as many common replacement parts already exist. Otherwise our design partner CEEQ Design can model the part from a clear photo with key dimensions, or from the broken part itself, and we then print it. The design-help page explains how.

Most repairs are 5 to 7 working days on the bench once your item arrives, so with post both ways allow about two weeks door to door. Board repairs start with a £40 assessment, credited in full against the repair, and any additional chargeable work is quoted before it starts.

Console and handheld repairs, including port replacement and board-level power repairs, carry a 12-month warranty. Recapping, TV and monitor board work, laptop work and general soldering carry a 90-day warranty. Full details are in the terms.

No. Repairs are mail-in only, from anywhere in the UK. Packing guidance and the postal address are provided when you are ready to send your item, and it comes back by tracked post.
