What we make

The plastic work, off your plate

Our sweet spot is the job that is too small or too quick for an injection moulder, and too important for a hobby printer.

Rapid prototyping

Iterate fast. Functional prototypes in your hands in days, so you can test fit, form and function before committing to tooling.

Jigs, fixtures & tooling

Assembly jigs, drilling and bending templates, alignment and inspection fixtures, masking tools. Cheaper and faster than machined tooling.

Replacement & obsolete parts

Discontinued brackets, clips, gears, knobs and housings reverse-engineered from a sample or a photo and reprinted in a suitable material.

Low-volume production

Short runs of end-use parts where injection moulding is too expensive. Tens or hundreds of parts, repeatable and on demand.

Enclosures & housings

Custom enclosures, bezels, mounts and brackets for electronics and hardware, in materials chosen for the environment they live in.

Displays & one-offs

Exhibition pieces, branded display parts, models and bespoke one-off components for events, retail and heritage.

Business accounts

More than a price

Set up as a business customer and you get a named contact who understands the part, terms that suit a company, and pricing that rewards repeat and volume work.

Materials & capability

The right material, honestly advised

We print FDM, the right tool for strong, functional parts. If your part really needs a fine cosmetic finish, a transparent or a flexible material, we will tell you straight rather than sell you the wrong process.

Questions

Business 3D printing, answered

What file formats do you accept?

STEP, STL and 3MF. Upload a STEP or STL on our instant quote tool for a firm price in seconds, or send your CAD file with an enquiry and we will quote it the same working day. No drawing? Send a photo and dimensions and we can often reverse-engineer the part.

Is there a minimum order?

No. We take single prototypes and one-off parts as happily as repeat low-volume runs. There is no minimum order value or quantity.

How fast is turnaround?

Most jobs ship within 3 to 7 working days. Urgent jigs, fixtures and one-off parts can often be turned around faster on request. We run multiple printers, so batches do not sit in a single queue.

Can you invoice my company or work to a PO?

Yes. Business accounts get proper invoices and can work to a purchase order. Established accounts can be set up with payment terms. Just ask when you enquire.

Will my designs stay confidential?

Yes. Your files and designs are confidential by default and are never shared or published. We are happy to work under an NDA on request.

Can you copy a discontinued or broken part?

Often, yes. Send a sample or a photo with key dimensions and we can model and reprint discontinued plastic parts, brackets, clips and housings in a suitable material.
