Before you order
What should I include in a brief?
The file, intended use, material or operating conditions, quantity and required date. Highlight any dimensions or features that need attention.
What if I need design work?
Hark Tech prints supplied production files. Independent partner CEEQ Design can quote CAD work separately. Discuss your design with CEEQ.
How do payment and reorders work?
Payment is due before production. Trade Accounts provide paid-order invoices and eligible saved-part reorders. A different material or specification needs its own review.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Read the returns and reprints policy for the current process and contact details.
Describe the part, your first quantity and when you need it. We can then review the job and the right way to quote it.
