“First time getting some 3D models printed and I used Hark Tech. Really impressed with both the quality and how quick the service was. They keep you updated throughout the whole process, from checking the files, to printing, and then dispatch. Once sent, it came via Royal Mail Tracked 48, so you can follow it all the way. I ordered three prints on Sunday and had them by Wednesday morning, which was super quick. Really happy with the quality of everything I received and I’ll definitely use Hark Tech again.”

I sent in my laptop and he kept me in the loop every step of the way. He also noticed my laptop needed some thermal paste, sent me images to show me what mine looked like and offered to do this for me whilst he had it. He said I didn't have to have it done and was clear it was just a suggestion but after my approval, he did it for me too. The laptop was sent back to me in great condition, he even gave it a little clean for me free of charge! As an added bonus he has a fantastic help section on his website for common issues.
