Hello,

below you find a very simple model but it fixed the wheels of my underbed drawers and prevents me from buying new ones. So win for me. Maybe also useful for someone else with the Ikea Malm underbed drawers.

Howto replace: Carefully drill out the metal spline on the "indented" side. Check that also your axis has 6 mm diameter. Print the wheel. Add a 6 mm bolt with a locking nut to replace the spline. Mount the wheel with them and have a useable drawer again.

Parameters:

0.2mm layer
4 perimeters
25% infill
printed in PETG (PLA might work but I'd use more perimeters)
no support nor brim needed

Wheel parameters:

diameter 40 mm
hole 6 mm
width 16 mm

Formatting may have been simplified. These are the independent maker's instructions and fitment claims; Hark Tech has not independently verified them.

Before you order

Fitting takes a little DIY: the designer drilled out the original metal pin and used a 6 mm bolt with a locking nut, so check your axle is 6 mm. PETG is the better material for this one. Order it in PETG. Not sure it will fit? WhatsApp us a photo first.
