Inside a cabinet things get warm, and PLA is the one material that will not tolerate it. PLA starts to soften around 55 C, which is fine for a case on an open shelf and a poor idea directly above a running mini-PC.
PETG is the sensible default: tougher than PLA, holds up to cabinet heat, and it is our standard price. ASA handles higher temperatures again and does not mind sunlight, so it suits anything in a loft, garage or window. PC is the stiffest of the three for brackets carrying real weight. ASA, PC and the other engineering materials carry a £40 order minimum because of the extra setup they need.

Car interior trim is one of the most common requests we get. A broken sun visor clip, a snapped dashboard tab, a missing centre console peg – dealers never stock these, but they are well within reach of a 3D printer. We print to match the original shape from photos, measurements, or a community-shared design when one exists. No 3D file needed on your end.

Typically a few working days from confirmation, depending on print time and whether the design needs drawing from scratch or already exists as a community file. Custom design work for unusual parts takes a little longer.
More often than you might think. A cracked vacuum cleaner handle, a fridge shelf clip, a broken speaker bracket – the print cost is usually far below the cost of a replacement unit. We can advise on whether printing makes more sense than sourcing a new part.
If you own a printer and the file is already on Printables or Thingiverse, that is often the quickest route. We are useful when you need the printed part but do not have the equipment, cannot locate the file, or need something drawn to an exact fit.

Yes. Car interior trim is a regular request – clips, tabs, brackets, and small trim pieces that snap or go missing. As long as the part is not structural or safety-critical, 3D printing is a practical option and often far cheaper than dealer prices for discontinued pieces.
Neither is required, though both help. A clear photo with something for scale and a written description of where the part fits is usually enough to get started. If you have the broken original to hand, we can work from measurements too.
