About this print

Gridfinity baseplates are modular storage organisers designed to hold Gridfinity-compatible bins and containers in a workshop or hobby space. This CadQuery implementation follows Zack Freedman's original Gridfinity specification, allowing the baseplate dimensions to be customised before printing. The design is parametric, making it straightforward to generate baseplates of different sizes to suit a particular drawer or shelf. PETG is a practical material choice as it resists the daily wear of tools and storage containers being slid in and out.
