About this print
A simple calibration cube used to verify and tune the dimensional accuracy of a 3D printer. Printing the cube and measuring its X, Y and Z faces allows the user to identify scaling errors, assess overhang performance and adjust printer settings accordingly. It is a standard first print when setting up a new machine or after making hardware changes. PLA is the conventional choice for calibration prints, as it is stable and consistent across most desktop FDM printers.
