Those hooks attach to any board, and you can easily clip a kitchen roll (or anything that fits) in between them. You can customize the height of the board, the width of the hooks, as well as the length of the arms that hold the roll.
The hooks upper part is a bit angled to exert some pressure in order to stay in place.
