'Corner Drawers' are just that... small sets of drawers made to go in a corner. This provides a simple solution to put corner spaces to good use. The design includes upper and lower runners acting on the drawers so, regardless of the triangular shape, the drawers slide straight in / out without skewing sideways.
You can store all sorts of small things in your corner drawers including nuts / bolts / screws, stationary items like paper clips and staples, rubber bands, twist ties, electrical components, jewellery, small toys, parts... and lots more.
Six frame options have been provided so you can print the Corner Drawer set to suit your needs. The differences are the number of drawers and the height of those drawers. The drawer depths differ as follows:
Small (S): 25mm tall
Medium (M): 37.5mm tall
Large (L): 50mm tall
The frame files are named according to the drawers that will fit into them. For example, the SML.stl frame takes one of each of the above drawers. The ML.stl file takes one M and one L drawer... and so on. This provides a range to suit different needs.
The clearances applied should allow the drawers to slide in and out freely. Even smoother sliding can be achieved by spraying some silicone lubricant (or similar) onto the frame rails at the bottom of each drawer slot and in the slots under the drawers themselves.
