Organizer for small office objects.
It consists of 8 pieces:
- Pencil Pot.
- Drawer cabinet.
- Drawers (4).
- Tray.
- Pocket.
Once printed, glue the pencil pot, drawer cabinet, tray and pocket. For ABS, PVC cement is suitable.
Because the walls are thin (2 mm) the pencil pot and the drawer cabinet may have delamination problems if printed with ABS. To try to solve it, raise the temperature of the extruder to 260° C, lower the printing speed to 40 mm/s and if possible use an enclosed printer to avoid rapid cooling and drafts. I have put a 42W halogen lamp pointing at the piece, to keep it warm between 70 and 90 º C. (See pictures 1 and 2).

Se compone de 8 piezas:
- Lapicero.
- Cajonera.
- Cajones (4).
- Bandeja.
- Bolsillo lateral.
Una vez imprimido, pegar el lapicero, la cajonera, la bandeja y el bolsillo. Para ABS el pegamento para PVC es adecuado.
Debido a que la paredes son finas (2 mm) el lapicero y la cajonera pueden presentar problemas de deslaminación si se imprime con ABS. Para intentar solucionarlo, elevar la temperatura del extrusor a 260ºC, bajar la velocidad de impresión a 40mm/s y a ser posible usar una impresora cerrada para evitar el enfriamiento rápido y las corrientes de aire. Yo he puesto una lámpara halógena de 42W apuntando a la pieza, para mantenerla caliente entre 70 y 90 º C. (Ver imágenes 1 y 2).
