YO DAWG I HEARD YOU LIKE MY BRACES SO I MADE MY BRACES WITH LESS VOLUME SO IT WOULD BE QUICKER TO PRINT MY BRACES AND PIMP YO MACHINE!!!!!!!!!!

Here is a bracing system for the Creality CR-10, Tevo Tornado and Afinibot A31 3D printers. I took a little inspiration from the Wanhao i3 braces and directly used AzzA's ball design. All of the pieces will fit within the 300x300x450 build volume of that printer. You will loose approximately 12.5mm of vertical travel, but I feel the extra rigidity is worth the slight loss in Z travel. I have oriented the pieces in the way that I feel is best for printability and strength. I also added the Fusion 360 and STEP source files because I'm cool like that. The Triangle brace and balls are unchanged.

I printed the frame brace pieces in PLA just fine. They do not take a lot of heat. I suggest 25%-50% infill. Print with the flat, outside surfaces on the build platform. That orientation gives you the best strength in the direction the forces are moving thru the printer.

For the new style you'll have to use an M5 tap on the corners at the ends of the the extrusion to install 4 of the bolts directly into the frame. Also, you have to remove the "'T" piece. With the tingle in place it is redundant. I have added braces to 4 CR-10/Tornado machines and I now have a lot of the T brackets hanging around. :D Since they do not add support in a new dimension, they are mostly useless anyway.
