The grinder is adjustable in terms of coarseness by adding/removing washers between the Outer Grinder and Bracket.
Several m3 screws are required to construct.

Increased hole size on Bearing A and B, Internal Grinder, and Arm from 7mm to 7.2mm to ease with assembly. Also made hole in Internal Grinder deeper to accommodate common metric screws. (thanks ldm314 for letting me know about these issues)
