Here is a safe knife for airsoft use. It doesn't cut and is flexible. The blade can make an angle of up to 90 degrees (after I can't garantee it will not break).
Note that I can't garantee this knife will be autorised by your association's organizers (if you play with one), it depends of them to autorise it or not.
Don't use supports if you want to print this, because your software could put them into the handle (moreover supports are useless for this print). Use at less a 33% infill to garantee the solidity of the blade (I printed mine with 100% and still flexible as you can see in the pictures). Also use rafts to avoid wrapping.
The knife will be printed in 2 parts (blade and handle), you may have to glue them together if it doesn't fit perfectly. Contrariwise, if it doesn't fit in, put the two parts near a heat source (60 degrees max) and they will slide better in.
I used classic cheap PLA, but you also can use a flexible material for the blade. I didn't test the flexibility with ABS, but I wouldn't recommend it. Be aware, with PLA the blade is still fragile, for the blade a flexible material would be perfect.
Now added the two parts separated. Then you can print the blade separatly with a 100% infill, and the handle during another print with other infill settings.
