I designed these in inches. If you're working in mm, it might upload the files as teenytiny 3.5mm shapes. Resize the scale to inches, or resize so that the inside area of the sleeves of the hubs will fit the true size of a 1x2 - which is 3/4 inch x 1.5 inch.

Or, Scale it up in cura 26 times. That will give you the correct inner sleeve dimensions.

For the door, print the two door pieces, fit the top coupler into the top part of a penta and then use the three sided piece (door top) with a strut as long as you want the door to extend out by. Build around that - see the Chicken Coop photo. The lengths of the struts are variable depending on how far out you want the door to extend.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHEAPEST, EASIEST DOME:
size: approx 14ft wide, 7ft tall, 140sq feet

Print the following:

10 Hexa hubs
6 Penta hubs
5 BBAB hubs
5 BABB hubs

8ft long 1x2 furring strips are what I used. They need to be mostly straight, no cracks.

Cut the wood to 4ft 3in. Those are your "B" struts.
the left over cuts, 3ft 9in, are the "A" Struts.

Assemble according to the diagram using small wood screws 1" to 3/4" work fine.

Hexa hubs are marked with A and B sides.
Penta hubs are all "A"…
