Various Organic Structure Trivets cnc/laser

PLA from £6 inc. UK delivery on letter-sized prints. We slice, print on a calibrated Creality K2 / Bambu A1, QC and post.
Unlike my [earlier publication of a trivet](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1635219) these structures are of complete procedural origin, no tracing or pixel manipulation of any kind was involved. I used Illustrator and some very cool scripts by Hiroyuki Sato to create various organic structures.

To make these trivets I used my [entry-level cnc](https://www.zenziwerken.de/my-cnc) and some 6 mm birch and beech plywood. To prevent the very bright birch wood from burn marks if used with a really hot pan I veneered smoked oak on one surface.
A laser cutter might be a good alternative tool to create one like this. I have even seen some scaled down prints.
