This is yet another case for the common RepRapDiscount Full Graphic Smart Controller. I wanted a 0.48mm line size (0.4mm nozzle * 1.2) optimized and small angled standalone case without mounting options.
####Update 2020-04-01:
Added some more options for the reset and rotary knobs. The size means the distance between the push button to the underside of the reset knob hole and the size of the rotary knob means the diameter of the rotary encoder shaft.
