Remixed this and made it one piece and threaded the hole for a Push Fitting Connector (the small 6 MM one) that came with my Ender 3 Pro and a short piece of Bowden tubing and screwed it into the guide.
I printed this with supports everywhere at 5% and 2 mm line spacing and infill at 40%.
You might be able to print it without supports but I haven't tried it.
