Thanks to all the hard work of Nathan720 (http://www.thingiverse.com/Nathan720), there is now an instructables post for how to build the helmets!

All the parts will be for the left side and just need to be mirrored to print the right.
This design is for small 3D Printers with print beds 6x6in or bigger.
All parts Zip tie or glue together.
Support Material is a must unless you have a lot of faith in your printers capabilities and you can print extreme overhangs.
About 120 hours of printing so far, and 2 reels of 3mm abs.
It will be compatible with the AlexPlusLEDs matrix and side bar kits found here: http://alexplusleds.bigcartel.com/
STL files orientated for printing on a 6x6 bed.

UPDATE 05-22-14: I've added the Visor to the list of files. Support material is required, I haven't made these with supports built-in yet, version 2 maybe.. More to follow soon.
UPDATE 05-26-14: I've added the dome parts. I'm still working on the electronics mounts, those might be a while..
UPDATE 09-01-14 I added the visor to the list of parts. This can be used to make molds from or bend plexiglass around and then cut to fit.
