No supports needed
Place the external faces down in the printer
Minimum 0,8 mm wall thickness for the faces and 1,2 mm for the cross
10-15% Infill is enough
Do not use 100% infill in order to avoid dimensional deviations
(Maximum 2 mm wall thickness for the faces)

You will need some super glue for the assembly
Use a piece of sandpaper on the flat edges if the adhesion seems to be poor

Make sure to assemble it with the cross in the starting point,
just as shown in the ASSEMBLY VIDEO (go to 2:45):
