This is a customization of an original model by JAYTEEAU. His design worked great but I didnt have a area to screw this part flat. So I made a closed end so it can be hung on the right wall. I print this at 200mm/s on my ender 3 with 10% infill. Takes about 19 hours. I use 1 1/4 inch wood screws. I was concerned about the screw head grabbing the bags. with 3 a 3 layer wall you can squish the PLA so the wood screw will be flush to the inside of the cylinder and not grab the bags.
