In Japan, there is a kind of cat house made of straw called “<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neko_chigura" target="_blank">Neko Chigura.</a>” It is a folk craft. I thought it would be interesting to make this with a 3D printer, and after some trial and error, finally completed a <a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geodesic_dome" target="_blank">geodesic dome</a> type of cat house.
The inner diameter is designed to be 400mm (~ 15.75 inches), so a cushion of this size fits exactly.
