To assemble the rack, you will need 3 planks [2.5" x 1/4"](https://www.homedepot.com/p/Ornamental-Mouldings-1-4-in-D-x-2-5-in-W-x-2-ft-L-Unfinished-Natural-Red-Oak-Wood-Board-BRDNAT-1-4X3X2ROAK/333192799) and 1 plank [1.5" x 1/4"](https://www.homedepot.com/p/Ornamental-Mouldings-1-4-in-D-x-1-5-in-W-x-2-ft-L-Unfinished-Natural-Red-Oak-Wood-Board-BRDNAT-1-4X2X2ROAK/333192738) (vertical support at the back of the rack; optional) (source from HomeDepot or Lowe's). Due to a slight variation in sizes you might want to test print the opening slot before buying the planks and scale the model .
Cut the planks to the desired length (make it at least 1/4" shorter than the width of the cabinet to fit it inside). Wall-to-wall racks cannot be inserted without removing the cabinet door (US-style cabinets with the frame).
For the cabinets up to 15", print 2 side pieces ( mirror one in the slicer to get left and right sides ). For wider cabinets print one of the middle support pieces.
Optionally you can print 2 pieces with passthrough holes and use them as sides.
Slide the wooden planks into corresponding slots and (optionally) glue the assembly.
Physical dimensions of the slots for wood boards:
base: 65.5 x 6.8 mm (roughly 2 1/2 x 1/4")
support: 39.1 x 6.8 mm (roughly 1 1/2 x 1/4 ")
Overall physical dimensions of the sides: 201 x 140 mm
