Added another smaller diameter design. This one is for rolls 2.25" in diameter and smaller. Should cover the range of wrapping paper and save on print times.

This is a new design based on the first. I did some playing with the shaping of the paper slot entering the blade path. I have tested this design and can report it works great. I used 2x #2 pan head screws to hold the blade in place. The holes are undersized to self-tap as you thread the screw in place. Please give this update a try.
Also, be careful when dealing with these blades. They are super sharp and can do some serious damage. Use at your own risk.
Based on the wrapping paper cutters seen on this page but using a Stanley utility blade rather than a Xacto!
