I printed the boxed by fsvelim1 in PLA (didn't have any PETG handy) and because of the brittleness of the material, the locking-clip immediately snapped off.
So, I made a very small modification to the clip, shaving off a couple mm so that it can slide over the edge of the bottom part and not break off the entire arm. It closes well enough to remain closed in the center compartment of the car during transit and it doesn't seem to want to break easily.
Suggestion: I used my slicer to print the entire clip-arm with 80% infill, just in case.
