This conceptual shoe design demonstrates how nTopology can be used to incorporate complex triply period minimal surfaces (TPMS) into CAD objects.

The basic structure of the shoe is designed parametrically in Onshape.
Three different orientations of the gyroid TPMS are incorporated into the upper, midsole and outsole using nTopology’s conformal cell maps. Thickening and blending of boundary edges are done using field driven design.
