#What for?
This is a simple edge planer to be used for planing edges of wooden boards. It planes a 2mm bevel onto the edge. It works for softwood as well as for hardwood (e.g. beech wood).

#What you need...
...is a 52mm Utility knife blade an 2 M3 Knurled Brass Threaded Inserts and of cource 2 M3x6mm Screws.

##Update 1:
Added a remix which can be used with M3 nuts instead of the Brass Inserts

##Update 2:
Added another remix for using M3 nuts to be mounted in a slot so that the knife blade can be moved to the left or right if it is worn out in the middle. Tighten the screws carefully so that the nuts do not slip. I also added a small grip for better handling.

# Your support is highly appreciated:
I thought about selling this project to a company (I applied for a patent to protect the design anyway). But what I really would like to do is to **support my local gliding club** which is in financial trouble currently. The aim of the club is to make flying gliders affordable for everyone and not to pursue it as an elitist hobby for the rich. They are **committed to flight training for young people**, getting the kids away from smartphones and video games to the real world.

I would be **very grateful if you could support the club** with a few dollars
