There are a couple designs for the left side swing-arm pivot cover, but i didn't see one for the right side. I matched the threads on the exposed bit of axle, so this threads on for a secure fit. The two recessed holes are to help turn it, if you have a pin wrench.
My inner diameters print a little small, so I cleaned out the threads with a Tap in my Metric Tap and Die set. The threads are M16 x 1.5, FYI
