PLA from £6 inc. UK delivery on letter-sized prints. We slice, print on a calibrated Creality K2 / Bambu A1, QC and post.
Print 8 of these, stick some 1/2" PVC pipes into each hole and throw a blanket over it. Voila. Kids' fort.
Or do what I did and wrap some plastic around it with duct tape to make a 3d printer enclosure.
For long lengths, I've also included a support connector to keep the middles from sagging.
I used PETG. No support necessary.
