I love a good martini and having an ice cold glass is critical to the drink staying chilled while you enjoy it. I didn't want to put my glasses on top of frozen food or directly on the freezer drawer/tray so I created this partitioned chilling tray for my glasses. It holds 4 glasses and has a rim around the tray to keep them on it and crossed partitions internally to keep the glasses from banging into each other. The glasses I have are about 4" wide at the top (which face down in this tray) so the sections are slightly larger to accommodate them. Note, the glasses I have are STEMLESS with a low center of gravity so there's no chance of them falling over. I probably wouldn't put martini glasses with long stems in this tray as sliding in and out of the freezer might create a real mess of broken glass.

You can scale the tray up or down in the x/y direction to adjust for smaller/larger glasses. I also put holes beneath each section to allow cool air to flow up into the glasses. You should also be able to use the basic design for other bar glassware like rocks glasses, ... As noted above, tall glasses that can tip over into each other from moving in/out of the freezer are NOT recommended to be used with this design.
