Here's the Lego flower model that you all are looking for! Everything can be printed without support. The studs on the pot is 30mm and the stem is 30.4mm. The section on the stem where the flower goes is 7.5mm for a length of 20mm. The hole in the flower is 7.9mm so it can slip on easily. Also, these models are not to scale.

Added Lego Flower Pot with Open Bottom
Changed Mounting Hole Sizes on Stems and Flower
