Since I wanted to switch to a drybox where each filament roll has its own case, and I couldn’t find a roller base that fit securely without wobbling inside the box, I decided to design my own. This design fits perfectly into these Amazon storage boxes with the three grip grooves on the sides.

Additionally, most people don’t really need moisture displays, so this design uses two silica boxes instead of a display.
**Your spools should not be bigger than 202 mm diameter and 68.5 mm width!**

**Links for the storage containers:**
*They must have the 3 grooves on the side, otherwise the parts may not fit !!!*

**Material per Box:**
- 1× Storage Container ( 4L )
- 4× 608 ZZ bearings
- 1× PTFE tube
- 1× PTFE PC4 coupler ( I used the M6 ones )
- Some silica gel (rechargeable)

**Printing:**
- All parts should be printed in the orientation they open in. This way, no supports are needed.
- The rolls should be printed with a small brim (I recommend an inside brim) and a random seam, so that the spool does not bump over the seam. The other parts should print fine without a brim if you have decent bed adhesion.
- I recommend using at least 2 wall layers and at least 15% infill.

**Assembly:**
- Insert the bearings into the roll so they are flush with the outside (The bearing fit was optimized for my Bambu P1S) and put them into the roll carrier by bending the roll carrier…
