This is a case made for the BC-250 and the HSTNS-PL18 power supply.
The power supply is a bit overkill for the BC-250 but its quiet under load.
The case uses 20x40 aluminum extrusion for the base and the beams.
The extrusion length of the base is 32.5 cm and the beams are 15.5 cm and 19.5 cm and you will need 2 of each length.
To join the extrusions together i use 2 of these joiners https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7323504 for the base and 4 of these joiners https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7325562 for the beams.
All the parts except the front and the back panel are to be printed in parts and then joined by either a 3d pen or super glue and fitted with the extrusion then the front and the back panels to be joined to them.
You will need to print each corner piece 2 time but one needs to be mirrored.
The design uses 3 120mm fans (2 for cooling the bc-250 heatsink and 1 for cooling the back of the bc-250 v-ram using a heatsink and the power supply).
The 3 fans are plugged together in the 4-pin fan header on the bc-250 board(or with external fan controller).
The extrusion could be used as a heatsink.
The only parts that needs support while printing are the corner pieces other than that no support needed.
You can find the.scad files in the zip file if you want to modify any part though the the code might not be the best since i wanted to learn how to model multi parts that fit together with this project.
