Custom replacement grommets designed to restore the support and positioning of locking barrels within a dial-operated Winchester safe mechanism.
These parts were created after the original rubber inserts had deteriorated and suitable replacement components could not be sourced. The grommets are installed by placing them into the base of each locking barrel recess before reseating the locking barrels into position, restoring proper support and alignment.
