This is the start of the road what you can do with a balloon and 3D-Printing :-)
First a valve to inflate the balloon so that the air doesn't come out that far as it goes in.
The ball is magnetic so you can get it off the valve end with another magnet.
You have to insert a pause in the gcode (easy with prusaslicer) when the diameter of the hollow sphere is max.
Maybe with a whistle in it as a next try.
