The oval STL is to allow you to remix for your need. The center hole fits nicely to the protruding NEMA 5-15R (or NEMA 5-20R) outlet and the screw holes align well.
For my case, I'd removed a 4ft fluorescent fixture and found a 3 inch circle box which was offset to its hole in the drywall as the electrician hit the floor joist above. As a result, the standard outlet cover did not cover the larger hole, so I made this one to fill the area.
Per code, 3D prints are not UL rated. Be sure to use a UL approved cover beneath anything you print.
