This ultra-low-profile, stealthy mount hides a SmartTag (e.g., AirTag, Galaxy SmartTag, or any tracker up to 36mm diameter and 9mm height) invisibly beneath your standard water bottle cage. Designed to look like a simple spacer, it blends perfectly into your bike frame.
Features:
Weatherproof & Dustproof: Features a built-in labyrinth seal (tongue-and-groove design) protecting your tracker from splash water, rain, and mud.
True Stealth Design: Only ~12mm total height. No extra visible screws on the sides – the case is securely sandwiched together by your bike's M5 bottle cage bolts.
No Supports Needed: Both halves lay completely flat on the build plate for an easy, clean print.
Parametric: Designed in OpenSCAD for optimized fit and strength.
Print Settings (Recommended):
Material: PETG, ASA, or ABS (Avoid standard PLA as it can soften under direct sunlight in summer!).
Wall Loops / Perimeters: 3 to 4 (Crucial to make the bolt holes solid and pressure-resistant).
Infill: 25% – 30% (Gyroid or Grid).
Supports: NO (not needed).
Required Hardware:
2x longer M5 bicycle bolts (approx. 5–10mm longer than your original ones, depending on your bottle cage thickness).
Optional: A tiny bit of silicone grease or vaseline inside the sealing groove enhances water resistance even further.
