I am the original maker of this Jig. I had measured everything and made it in TinkerCAD.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
-People who want a stable platform for servicing their ACE GEN2 printhead
I mainly made this for clog clearing, and I can't cover EVERY service scenario in this first version.
If you have any comments or feedback please let me know and I'll be happy to try to integrate it into v2.
FACT:
You will have to print this ahead of time, because if you get a clog later, then you can't print it when you need it unless you have a 2nd printer.
WHY IS THIS RAD?
-Have both hands available, full open view.
-Rotate 360 without fumbling with the assembly.
-Minimize your greasy mitts from getting on electronic parts.
-Minimize your lobster claws from jogging loose cables, harnesses, and solder joints and sensors.
-2 leg heights, 50mm and 60mm, customizable, dimensios provided.
PRINT SPECS
-0.4 nozzle
-.016 to 0.20 layer height
-Gyroid infill pattern
-Enable supports, Top Z distance 0.3mm
-Main base 2hr 12min print @ .20mm, 49.93g
-Legs about 35min per 4, depending on height selection. 50mm 2.5g per. 60mm 2.9g per.
