I modified [this](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5193206) mount for a Dell USB Soundbar AC511 by [jcant0n](https://www.thingiverse.com/jcant0n/designs). The holder can be clipped onto a monitor riser or shelf and, if needed, fixed in place with screws.
My own monitor riser was very inexpensive and consists of a simple chipboard top plate (16 mm thick) supported by two side panels, so I decided to screw the mount to it for additional stability.
The angle between the mounting surface and the soundbar direction is 17.5°, which gives the soundbar a slightly upward-facing orientation.
The part is designed so that the visible front surface lies directly on the print bed. This means the visible side will have a smooth or textured finish depending on your build plate.
Support structures are required, otherwise the overhang will not print properly. Any small remaining support marks should not be visible in normal use, because they are located in the middle area of the holder (which is covered by the riser top plate).
I printed the part in PLA, but other materials should work as well.
