Made to fit my -97 D21. I know this same square model of handle was used for many years and also on the pathfinder and possibly other models as well. See pictures.
The original nissan handle consists of two parts: the part that bolts to the door and the part that flaps out when you pull on it. This is only the outermost part that you pull on.
This is for the RH door but just mirroring it for the other side should work. Uses all the original hardware. Some light post-processing like drilling out the holes for the pins might be nessecary. Use your own judgement.
The hinges in my handle had cracked and the handle broke off so I designed this. I optmized the design a little for a good balance between looks, strenght and ability to FDM print. Its printed in three parts that are then glued together, to get the layers in the best direction.
All parts are printed with the largest flat area on the buildplate. The shell with the outside on the plate and the hinges so that the holes are vertical.
Printed mine in PETG with 100% infill and i glued with "Bison Hard plastic glue" Good surface prep and a glue that contains MEK should work fine.
