This is a replacement for the OEM 6.25" speaker mount. Works on AP2 cars (2004-2009), haven't tried on AP1. Let me know if you do.
This includes the water-protective shroud and the vents in the back, similar to the OEM part.
I printed it with PETG + TPU (the white ring in the photos). I used the Prusa XL, so I printed both in one pass, but should work fine to print them separately. You need to use something like concentric circles as infill on the TPU and a very low fill, 10% or so. That allows it to be more pliable and function as a gasket.
