The product consists of two parts. The upper part is the holder itself, which can be printed as a standalone unit. The lower part is the mount for your bike's handlebars. The lower part is suitable for handlebars of various thicknesses, from 17mm to 24mm. Choose the appropriate one.
The upper and lower parts are attached using 5-minute epoxy glue. After gluing the upper and lower parts together, I recommend drilling a 4mm drill bit and inserting 50mm-long 4mm screws through the mount. After final assembly on the handlebars, any excess screw length can be trimmed. I recommend securing a scrap of an old bicycle inner tube or any thin rubber to the handlebar mount with double-sided tape.
