Obviously it has no GPS or power electronics. Just a simple mount for use in rentals for example.
Print in a material that doesn't easily warp in a heated car. I used ASA, ABS should also be fine.
For stability I strongly recommend printing in the upright position. If you print it flat, the clips break off very easily.
I printed with 100% infill, but this might not be neccessary.
I found snug supports to work best.
