So I finally made the "burner mistake" by turning on the burner instead of the vent fan and melted the bottom cover of our cooker,
This part is a replacement for the bottom cover of an "Instant Pot Duo Nova 60", which is a 6-quart cooker. It may fit on other models, but this is the one I have.
While it doesn't perfectly replicate the little tabs that stick up on the OEM part, it does fit well, stays in place, and all the holes are properly aligned. You will need the metal screw that is used to keep the bottom cover in place. For reference, this part is ~8" in diameter.
