A handle for the Kaffelogic Nano 7e coffee roaster. My one was purchased in April of 2026 and has 116mm spacing between the mounting holes rather than the previous 111 or 114mm mentioned in the original part.
This part is a modified version of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5269715 by nicolaiS (https://www.thingiverse.com/nicolaiS) but re-cadded in OnShape with a slightly tweaked profile to allow more space for my fingers etc. I have also made the holes tear-dropped to avoid needing support but can upload a version with round holes if desired. The counter-sink depth for the screw head has been lowered slightly to allow use of M4x12mm screws that I have on hand.
I printed this in eSUN PETG at 0.2mm layers with 5 shells, 5 walls and 50% rectilinear infill. It took ~1h, 40g of filament and is strong enough that I believe I could swing from it quite comfortably.
I used 2x M4x12mm pan head machine screws to secure it but M4x10mm should also work fine. With any screws used, please check how much threaded section sticks out and make sure it's similar in length to the stock screws.
