This is a repair kit for the keycaps of Cherry MX switches, specifically designed for the Corsair “K70 Lux RGB” keyboard.

The two STL files are for the second and third rows; I haven't measured the others myself yet.
Thanks for the idea, which came from Luke321. I just created the editable OpenSCAD version.

*Preparation:*
Remove the broken inner cross-shaped mounting point in the keycap using
side cutters. Preserve the tabs that extend to the edge.

*Printing:*
with supports, upside down, layer height 0.1 mm, transparent or nearly transparent PLA

*Hints*
The printer must be properly calibrated. You may need to use the slicer’s XY offset feature. If the print is correct, the replacement part should slide smoothly onto the crossbar of the MX switch. The other side is glued into the button cap.
For other key sets, the *.scad file must be edited using OpenSCAD

Measuring the required bevel angle:
- Use a smartphone level app
- Place the keycap on the table
- Measure the difference between the tabletop and the top of the keycap and enter it under “Angle”
- Edit the values in the OpenSCAD-File
