I was visiting my grandkids and needed something to do so I designed my own idea of a Hydroponic Grow Tower. Each piece can be glued together and secured with wood screws. Base, Tree segments and the top most shower assembly. The top piece has a 16mm hole for a 1/2 inch hose to be glued in once you determine how tall you want this to be.
You start with a food safe 5 gallon bucket and lid. Mount the base with nuts and bolts cutting out the inside of the base so that water can fall back into the bucket. Stack the triple segments and the shower and determine whether or not the pump is strong enough. Five of the Tri Segments should be enough. Accounting for the depth of the bucket and the top most shower piece. There is a two inch plug for the bucket lid to add your hydroponic water and test the pH.
