Adapter to mount an 50mm Quickrelease on an Fanatec Wheel
The Height of 25mm fits on a Simagic QR50. Other Quickreleases should fit, but cant confirm, i made additional Spacers too to change the Distance between QR and Wheel.
I added an 6.5mm Hole for an Cable(USB Conversion)
I designed the adapter especially for the 50mm QR to achieve the highest possible stiffness despite being a 3D-printed component. The dimensions and orientation of the screw connections were specially selected to minimize stress on the component itself.
I chose the following parameters:
- 0.6 mm nozzle
- 0.2 mm layer height
- 25% gyroid infill
- Combine infill every 2 layers
- 4 perimeters
The adapter can be printed in PLA or PETG without any flex!
