This is for fixing a padlock to the column of a scooter during ride. It's essentially a pipe clamp with a hole for the lock shackle.
The provided STL uses M4 screws and is for scooter columns with a diameter of 25mm and lock shackle diameter of 7 mm. Feel free to modify the sizes in the scad file.
